Food Rescue Yellowknife works to reduce food waste while supporting food security in the community. Volunteers help recover food, support distribution efforts, and contribute to composting and recycling initiatives. Tasks may include assisting with food handling, supporting partner organizations, and helping with operational needs. Volunteers play a role in reducing environmental impact and supporting those in need. This work strengthens community partnerships and sustainability efforts.
